The location of Collins Cemetery is 0.1 mile south of the intersection of State Hwy 66 and N. Choctaw Road in Oklahoma City. State Hwy 66 is about 1/2 mile north of Edmond Road.

Collins Cemetery is in a grove of trees in the corner of a pasture. The cemetery has been vandalized, and the only remnants of the cemetery are a few tombstonestone bases.
